Return & Refund Policy

At L'Atelier de la Peau, your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with French and European legislation, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

2. How to make a return?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at: meddah.kais@icloud.com indicating:

Your order number
The product(s) concerned
The reason for the return (optional)

We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

3. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

In its original, unused, and unopened condition
In its intact original packaging
Accompanied by all included accessories and documents

4. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the following cannot be returned:

Products unsealed or opened for hygiene reasons (cosmetics, skincare)
Personalized products

5. Refund

Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

6. Defective Product or Error

If you have received a defective product or one that does not correspond to your order, please contact us immediately at meddah.kais@icloud.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with an exchange or full refund.
